Users who list properties must ensure that all information provided is accurate, complete, and not misleading. You must have the legal right to list the property. Teelam reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms or our community guidelines.

You may not use Teelam for any illegal purpose, to post false or misleading information, to harass other users, or to engage in any activity that could harm the platform or other users. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on Teelam, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Teelam or its licensors. Users retain ownership of the content they post but grant Teelam a license to use, display, and distribute that content on the platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
Teelam is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the accuracy of listings, the conduct of users, or the outcome of any transactions. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.
8. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Chad. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of N'Djamena, Chad.
